Her Dream Initiative launched the first cohort of the Girl Leadership Program this year 2023 with a 30+ girl-membership. The aim of this program was to equip the young women with practical information about leadership, personal and skill development in preparation for future opportunities. The importance of networking, fun, case studies, and mentorship was emphasised. Keynote speakers from reputable fields were invited to enlighten the girls about proven methods for optimal success in their endeavours. Certificates were provided to active members of the program upon completion. The program was held 4PM every Friday, from 4th August to 22nd September, via Telegram video chat.Objectives:
